Even though this village is relatively normal looking throughout nearly all of the calendar year, it will become majestic if the plum blossoms (Maehwa) start to bloom. They seem appropriate before the cherry blossoms get there. All through this time,  Seomjin Village hosts theMaehwa Pageant
